            Many travelers today prefer to buy a prepaid data plan rather than relying on their home carrier’s expensive fees. If you have purchased an Orange Travel eSIM<\/strong><\/a> (or a plan from another eSIM provider) to stay connected, there is one golden rule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You must enable Data Roaming for that specific eSIM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Even though you have paid for a “global” or “regional” plan, your phone technically sees the eSIM as “roaming” because it is connecting to local partners (like Orange in France).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
